This blog is part of my action plan for the Google Teacher Academy. Originally envisioned as a podcast, this blog will discuss issues, news and opinion regarding teachers and their web presence. It is important that educators let the world know how our classrooms do not fit into one tidy narrative for politicians, administrators, supporters and critics to hang their one size fits all policies and complaints on. Our classrooms are varied and interesting places that all have their own stories to present.

I think the statement that I use to finish each Give Me The Tools video (and the early podcast version of this blog) says it succinctly: if you are not letting the world know about the amazing things you and your students are accomplishing, no one will know.
